How to pay your rent
Please remember: rent must be received by us no later than the 1st day of the month.
1. You can put your rent check in the mail slot of the manager’s closet on the 1st floor of the building (between apartments 103 and 104); or
2. You can arrange for electronic transfer; or
3. Mail it to us at 5551 Lawton Avenue, Oakland, CA 94618. However, the check must be received by the first day of the month, not just placed in the mail that day.
